Cooking Classes in the Berkshires
A Spring schedule of cooking classes are once again on offer at Aubergine Fine Food & Lodging, in Hillsdale. The popular Thursday morning classes, taught by Chef David Lawson, provide enthusiastic cooks the opportunity to refine their technique and approach to good cooking.
Aubergine cooking classes begin at 10:30 am and finish at the conclusion of lunch, around 2:00 pm. Classes cost $75.00 per person, and include demonstration and instruction, materials & recipes, and a sit-down lunch with wine. Gratuity and tax are included. Four guest rooms are available for students wishing to explore the area further.
