Blackstone Valley Food & Wine Festival
September 9, 10& 11
Friday starts with a Connoisseur’s Evening guest vintner, Robert Wetzel, who of Alexander Valley Vineyards of Sonoma, California. (Learn more about his special vineyard and their signature Sin Vin at www.avvwine.com.) He will guide guests through a six-course meal with accompanying wine and music by Claflin Hill in the historic Asa Waters Mansion. Saturday & Sunday the mansion grounds will host the Blackstone Fine Art Gallery, artists and artisans, wine tastings, a silent auction of fine wines and an array of gourmet food. The festival is conveniently located in Millbury just south of Worcester on Rt. 146.
