Steamship Authority Ferry
The Steamship Authority runs ferry service from the Cape to both Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. I've taken these ferries many time, and they are quick, clean, and a lot of fun! Not only do you get to a gorgeous island, you also get a "free" cruise as well. The entire journey is a fun ride through gorgeous landscapes.

Note there is both a slow (normal) car ferry as well as a "fast ferry" which does not take vehicles. The fast ferry is faster, of course, but also costs more.
